By accessing or using Diagnoxal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Diagnoxal is a psychiatric diagnostic decision support tool designed for licensed mental health professionals. The service analyzes clinical vignettes against established psychiatric diagnostic criteria to provide diagnostic considerations.

Important Disclaimers

NOT A DIAGNOSTIC TOOL: Diagnoxal is a decision support system only. It does not provide medical diagnoses. All clinical decisions must be made by a qualified, licensed mental health professional.
  • The service is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment
  • All diagnostic decisions are the sole responsibility of the treating clinician
  • The service should not be used as the only basis for clinical decisions
  • The service is not intended for use in emergency situations

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Use the service only if you are a qualified mental health professional or supervised trainee
  • Remove all patient-identifying information before submitting clinical vignettes
  • Use aliases and anonymize all patient data
  • Not rely solely on this service for clinical decisions
  • Maintain appropriate malpractice insurance
  • Comply with all applicable laws and professional ethical standards

Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Usage Limits

  • Free accounts: 5 analyses per month
  • Validated clinicians: 15 analyses per month
  • Usage limits reset on the first of each month

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Diagnoxal are owned by The Diagnoxal Team and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIAGNOXAL AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • Clinical decisions made using the service
  • Errors or omissions in diagnostic suggestions
  • Service interruptions or unavailability
  • Any other use of the service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diagnoxal and The Diagnoxal Team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
