About Diagnoxal

Evidence-based psychiatric diagnostic support for mental health professionals.

What We Do

Diagnoxal is a psychiatric diagnostic assistant designed specifically for licensed clinical psychologists and psychiatrists. Our system analyzes clinical vignettes based on established psychiatric diagnostic frameworks and the science of psychiatry to provide evidence-based diagnostic considerations.

Our Approach

  • Evidence-Based: All analyses reference established psychiatric diagnostic criteria
  • Conservative: We never assume; unknown information is clearly marked as requiring verification
  • Transparent: Every diagnostic consideration includes supporting evidence and reasoning
  • Clinician-Controlled: The system assists decision-making but never replaces clinical judgment

Safety First

Our system includes a Safety Sentinel that automatically detects mentions of suicide risk, homicide risk, or command hallucinations. When critical safety concerns are identified, the system prioritizes alerting the clinician before any diagnostic analysis.

Privacy by Design

  • Patient data exists only during the active session
  • No patient information is stored or logged
  • We recommend using aliases and removing identifying information before submission
  • All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS
